During the celebration of its 50th anniversary, Walt Disney World has undergone many renovations across its more than 25 resort hotels. These renovations include new dining options, remodeled rooms and expanded lobbies, as well as updated furniture, smart technology and more. The goal of these renovations is to provide guests with an even better experience during their stay at a Disney resort.

Recently, Walt Disney World has been focusing on renovating Disney’s BoardWalk, a resort located along a picturesque boardwalk. This year, the resort has undergone a series of refurbishments, including new furnishings and the introduction of new dining options such as a Northeast-inspired deli and a lobby café called Carousel Coffee, which will soon offer specialty lattes and pastries. These renovations are part of an effort to enhance the overall experience at Disney’s BoardWalk resort.

Construction is also underway for The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers, a whimsical table service restaurant and bakery expected to open in 2023.
