Since the start of the pandemic, anyone who has visited or is planning to visit Walt Disney World or Disneyland knows things have changed. Not only do guests need to make a park reservation but they now have to deal with one or more of Disney’s new enhancements: Disney Genie, Disney Genie+, and Individual Lightning Lane. And on 27 July they introduced MagicBand+ at the Walt Disney World Resort. The new interactive band will debut at the Disneyland Resort in the next couple of months.
Regardless of whether someone is a frequent parkgoer or not, these new programs could be a bit confusing. To alleviate any confusion – and frustration – Disney has released a series of instructional videos on the My Disney Experience app to assist guests.
There are six videos on the Disney Genie service and four videos on MagicBand+ usage.
