Face masks are no longer required at Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris has announced that face masks will no longer be required for guests when visiting the park.

According to the website, “In line with French government guidance, face masks are no longer required but remain recommended at Disneyland Paris as of March 2 for experiences such as our parade and nighttime spectacular ‘Disney Illuminations’.

Guests aged 16 years old and above need to present a Vaccine Pass to enter Disneyland Paris. Find out more information about Vaccine Pass and what qualifies as being considered fully vaccinated here.

For Guests aged between 12 and 15 years old, a Health Pass remains required to enter Disneyland Paris. Find out more information about a Health Pass and vaccination or testing requirements for guests aged 12 to 15 here.

Starting on 6 March 2022, the Disneyland Paris Resort will begin celebrating its 30th Anniversary with newly refurbished areas of the park including Sleeping Beauty Castle. New experiences include new 30th Anniversary-themed costumes for Disney characters including Mickey & Minnie Mouse, The Gardens of Wonder – 10 themed gardens in Central Plaza, with 30 unique sculptures of Disney Princesses and Disney Villains, the return of “Disney Illuminations” with a new pre-show – “Disney D-Light,” exclusive 30th Anniversary merchandise, specialty themed food and drinks, and more.

This new pre-show will combine video projections, illuminated water jets, lighting effects, mist, iconic Disney songs—and in the skies above—incredible drone choreography to bring an additional touch of magic to the iconic Castle. Filled with all manner of special effects, the different scenes will transform the Castle as never before.
