Recently, at Walt Disney World, Disney launched a new service to complement their PhotoPass service – Capture Your Moment. Currently only available at the Magic Kingdom, Capture Your Moment is a personalized 20-minute private photo session where guests can special moments like an engagement, anniversary, birthday, or any other special occasion. The session costs $79.00 and guests will visit at least 2 different Magic Kingdom photo locations. Additional back-to-back 20-minute sessions can also be booked for the same price. One drawback or cavet is that photos or downloads – surprisingly – are not included in the price.
Prints and digital downloads can be purchased separately at Town Square Theater or on the Disney PhotoPass web page. However, guests who have Memory Maker, Memory Maker One Day, a qualifying Walt Disney World Annual Pass with a Disney PhotoPass benefit, or a Walt Disney World Annual Pass with the Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on can download these Capture Your Moment photos at no extra cost. Additionally, guests will need a valid park reservation and theme park ticket as they are also not included in the price of the photo session.
Other things to be aware of are that not all locations may be available. At the time of the photo shoot, the photographer will notify guests which locations are available. Additionally, the maximum party size is eight individuals, wedding attire is not permitted, attire and guest supplied props must comply with Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. Guests are advised to check the Capture Your Moment website for all details.
Today, the Disney Parks Blog announced that the Capture Your Moment program will be expanded to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and EPCOT theme parks. Here is the announcement:

You can head down to the Hollywood Tower Hotel to take photos around its eerie grounds, capture playful photos with Gertie (Echo Lake’s resident dinosaur), get up close with the incredible details of the Chinese Theatre’s façade, or use the colorful neon signs and art deco architecture of Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard to evoke the golden age of Tinseltown.

At all four theme parks, each Capture Your Moment session is $79 and can include up to eight guests. Because of other guest appointments, guests arriving late to their session cannot have their session extended beyond the stated end time.
