Hulu’s “Bakers Dozen” co-host and Pastry Chef Bill Yosses visits the France Pavillion at EPCOT

Recently Pastry Chef Bill Yosses, co-host with Tamara Mowry-Housley on Hulu’s “Bakers Dozen,” visited the Walt Dinsey World Resort.

Yosses, who is a world-renowned pastry chef and former White House pastry chef under President George W. Bush and Barack Obama, took in the sights around EPCOT and in particular at the France Pavilion.

His first stop was the pavilion’s newest attraction, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. After his kitchen adventure, Yosses said, “Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is as close as you can get to being a real mouse and chef! It feels like you are a character in the movie.”

Visiting the new Le Creperie de Paris, Chef Yosses sampled the Ratatouille Galette. The buckwheat gal, which, as he explained, “are made with buckwheat!” before taking a bite. “Delicious,” he proclaimed, “I’m putting this on my menu right now!”

Over the weekend, Chef Yosses visited all four theme parks and told the Disney Parks Blog, “The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration shows just how innovative the park is,” he said. “The newest technology and creative ideas are bubbling up all over. Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot all seem to reinvent themselves continually.”

Chef Yosses served apprenticeships in France, and also worked under Chef Patrice Boely and Sous Chef Daniel Boulud at The Polo Restaurant in New York City. He earned his A.A.S. degree at the New York City College of Technology in Hotel Management, a Master of Arts at Rutgers University in French Language and Literature, and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toledo in French Language.

In addition to working at the White House, Chef Yosses has worked at a number of presitgious restaurants including Bouley, Tavern on the Green, and Montrachet in New York City. He also was the owner of his own restaurant, Palais by Perfect Pie and author of three cookbooks, “Desserts for Dummies,” “The Perfect Finish: Spectaular Desserts for Every Occassion,” and “The Sweet Spot: Dialing Back Sugar and Amping Up Flavor.” He is currently the Chief Nourishment Officer One World One Kitchen Eugene Gasana JR FOUNDATION.

Hulu’s “Baker’s Dozen” invites passionate amateur bakers to go head-to-head with seasoned professionals in a face-paced competition series to see which of the 13 bakers has what it takes to create the next viral baking sensation, win the golden rolling pin and take home a cash prize.
