“The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands” show returns to Disneyland Paris this month

After halting all live entertainment at all Walt Disney Parks worldwide due to the coronavirus pandemic, the company is slowly reopening shows and other forms of entertainment at various Disney Parks.

Disney has recently announced the reopening of “The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands” show at Disneyland Paris. Disney attempted to bring the show back last summer but cancelled those plans due to an outbreak of COVID-19 cases among the cast.

Performed at the Frontierland Theatre, “The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands” will also offer Guaranteed Access – similar to Disneyland Paris’s Disney Premier Access, guests can purchase access to one of the showtimes thereby guaranteeing access to the session of their choice and avoid waiting in line in front of the theatre.

According to Disneyland Paris, guaranteed access to the show will go on sale on 13 October 2021 with an introductory price of 15 euros per person. A limited number of paid spots will be available for each performance.

Guests can make a guaranteed access booking from the mobile application, on the Disneyland Paris website, or by phone by contacting Disney’s reservation center. Additionally, guests can also purchase a reservation directly on-site at the outside counter to the left of City Hall.

There still is no charge for general admission to the show, however, admittance is subject to sufficient capacity. Holders of an Annual Pass and an accompanying person of their choice are entitled to a special 15% discount by purchasing their guaranteed access at the outside counter to the left of City Hall (Disneyland Park) or by calling our reservation center. Disneyland Paris states that the introductory price is subject to change.
