Disneyland unveils ticket prices for reopening, 2020 price structure remains in place

As Disneyland readies for its reopening on 30 April, guests will see a number of changes, some permanent and some temporary, including a tiered pricing structure with blackout dates.

This past January, Disneyland terminated all annual passes, which were estimated at one million passholders, “due to the continued uncertainty of the pandemic and the limitations around the reopening of our California theme parks.” When the park reopens at the end of this month, virtually everyone will be on a level playing field to obtain tickets and theme park reservations. Starting on Monday, 12 April, guests with existing theme park tickets, and are California residents, will be given priority in making a theme park reservation. They will be able to make reservations only for the days that their ticket is valid.

On Thursday, 15 April, all other California residents will be able to purchase tickets and make park reservations. However, the level of tickets purchased will determine what day(s) guests may visit. Ticket prices are as follows:

Guests with Park Hopper tickets may choose, pending availability, which theme park to start their day when making their theme park reservations, and then will be able to visit the other park beginning at 1:00 p.m. that day. Guests with multi-day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks.
